Rinse the thermo mug before use - the glass part of the thermo mug can be washed in the dishwasher, but the infuser and the lid must be hand-washed.

• Unscrew the bottom lid of the mug
• Take the infusion tablet out of the foil
• Put the infusion tablet in the infuser
• Screw the infuser and the lid on, and place the bottle in an upright position so that the infuser with the tablet is at the bottom.
• Fill the mug with hot water. Please note - the recommended water temperature is indicated on the tea tablet package. Always use hot water for the first brew.
• Screw the top lid and wait for 10 minutes.
• After 10 minutes shake mug gently and your energy drink is ready.
• Add honey - 1 stick for 1 brew. 3 sticks per day.
• Drink till the “refill” sign on the mug, then refill with either hot or cold water. 1 tablet can be refilled 3+ times a day. The infusion tablet should always be in the water to enjoy the rich taste of the drink.
